Technical Bits
Most of the molecules on this site were energy minimized using the Polak-Ribière (Conjugate gradient) method down to an RMS gradient of 0.01 (some of the larger molecules are composited from molecules which were energy minimized, however due to computation limitations of my machine I was unable to run energy minimize on them - fortunately this does not invalidate the design).
Much of the original technical language on this site was reworded or removed to cater to a wider audience. For example, the original title was Macroscopic Fractal Nanotube Molecules.
Due to the fact that I do not use chemistry and physics in a professional capacity, and have not had any formal Nanotechnology education, it is obvious to those of you who do and who have that there are many errors, omissions, and oversights in the technical aspects on this site. I have tried to be as accurate as possible - due to my limited knowledge I have no doubt failed in many places. Rather than dismiss this feeble attempt as a waste of time, I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me. I will correct whatever I can and link to those places that have a better description of those aspects I have done an injustice to.
